She turned herself in and was out in about a month she asked for baby back and complied, about a week later she was incarcerated again. We got the baby he was 3 months he will be turning 2 soon she was recently released from prison and has only had contact with him twice. I have lived in a home for over 10 years with my husband and children, this house is in his mother's name. Recently we are separating due to domestic violence and I am still removing my belongings from the home. His mother sent me an eviction notice today demanding I am out of the home fully today. Is there anything I can do to have another week.

I need to prepare a writ for the Superior court of Maricopa county. I have a judgment and want the sheriff to go out and seize something. The court keeps sending my packet back to me saying I don't have this or I need that but do not explain how to do it. Very frustrating. The current reject says "....the writ you are submitting to get issued to the Superior Court is the paperwork for a Justice Court". Searched for hours and cannot find any such application for Superior Court on a writ.

I went to a lawyer for my divorce. He quoted "about $1500.00, maybe a little more." Due to mistakes his people made the divorce took about 8 months. He is now billing me for over $10,000.00. There was no fighting between my former spouse and me, at all. He will not tell my why the cost is more than six times the original amount, and he is now adding interest of 18%.
