QUESTIONS

  • My ex spouse and I were divorced in Arizona and now live in separate states. She is trying to obtain my current address but I am concerned for my safety. Do I have to provide her my address? What can I do to file something than will protect my personal information?
  • I have a 4 yr old daughter and have legal joint decision making with her mother. I have her half the time and sometimes more. I have back child support that I am paying off monthly. 200.00 goes to back 100.00 goes monthly. I pay for daycare twice a week out of pocket and her mother gets state assistant for the rest of the days. I have paid more for child support at times but never less. I have another child , full time job and new family. Her mother is very difficult to talk to and my daughter is coached from her. Can I have my child support lowered or have it all paid to back child support?

  • My friend and I was pulled out of the store .possible stolen vehicle.report was called in from border patrol, the Sheriffs department was called in for back and I was arrested for findings from the search. The truck wasn't stolen and our word against them in regards to the giving permission . My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol
  • I live in a townhouse with neighbors that are renters and the landlord resides in Rhode Island. I have issues with the tenants and have addressed with the landlord who does not address and has left a strained relations between both of us. I have asked the HOA for assistance but not sure if they will or can. What are my options to resolve?

  • I've been sick for the past 3 months and the doctors have not been able to diagnose my initial cause. Because of the musky smell in our rental, we believe there to be mold. I believe it is mold making me sick. When I informed the owner he instantly jumped down my throat and asked why this is the first he's hearing of anything. Since I asked not to pay rent till the rental tested for mold he threatened to start the eviction process as soon as possible. I understand I have to pay rent. What do I do about the possible mold issue?
