I am expecting a baby 8/1/11. The father & I are not married nor are we cohabiting, but we get along. What is the basic process for establishing custody and parenting time? Are we legally required to file something through the court? If so, how? I don't care how often he comes over to see us but his work schedule is unpredictable, so a pre-scheduled parenting time arrangment might not be feasible. How formal does a parenting agreement need to be? Are there flexible options available?

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

Hello, I don't know if this is the right category. I was supposed to move into an apartment May 2020 but due yo COVID-19 I'm cancelling my scheduled move in for safety purposes and other obvious reasons. I already paid application and admin fees while applying for the apartment. The apartment is saying I won't be able to get my administration fee back because I'm cancelling. Is this possible and what can I do? Thanks

I own a mobile home and rent the lot. Starting January the mobile home park owner wants to raise the rent by 70.00 dollars 9.69 % more than what we pay now. His reason is because he wants to install new fence around the whole mobile park and repair the roads because they are cracking and a pool. He saids we are in charge of paying for all repairs for everything that has to do with the property. Is this true? I know we do have to take care of the lawn maintenance and our homes but do we also have to take care of everything else? Please help thank you
