  • My aunt just got guardian ship of me. My father that adopted me still has custody of my aunt and I are constantly fighting she threatens to send me back to him. Now that I am 16 can move out of my aunt's house and move back in with my biological father that is her brother?
  • Is a washing machine considered an appliance that a land lord must replace if no longer working? Are they able to include no longer replacing appliances in the lease contract? Or indicate the tenant must come up with $100 and they replace it?
  • We currently rent a home. It flooded the home in ankle deep water while we were at work. Is it reasonable to hold my landlord responsible for at least half of the water bill due to it being a maintenance issue?   • Was arrested Friday at 2100 hours for aggressive assault D.V. in Arizona, I live in another state. Had my pre-hearing, the victim did not show up. Was told about the infraction and what can happen and given a bond. The judge stated that after 48 hours, if the there was no filing the case would be drop. The sheet from the court states the 48 hours on the bottom of the sheet. Can the state uphold what is on the sheet from the judge's court order. And if 48 hours has gone by, is the case dropped?
  • My boyfriends little brother is living with us and has been for a long time since their mom got deported. We now need proof of guardianship so he can get his driver license. How do we go about getting this?

Do we have a right to reject this for safety? 2. We need to provide "reasonable" access. How many showings a week would be reasonable?
