I have been leasing land that my manufactured home sits on since July 1998. I no longer reside on the property, but have maintained utilities and monthly lease payments. The landowner sold the property to a third party. The new landowner has given me 30 days notice to remove the home so that she can build a house on the property, quoting ARS 33-1370 (abandonedment) and an incorrect street address. Would 33-1476 and 33-2149 apply here? (180 days notice and Relocation Fund)?

my girlfriend was arrested for domestic violence. The cops left my son with me. The next day i had to go to work, so i left him with my parents. She took the cops over there and got him since she knew i was at work. Now she will not let me see him at all. She wont return my txts, to let me know how hes doing. I keep texting her that i want to know and see my child but she doesnt respond. What court papers do i need to file? I want to get him back right away. I want custody of him. I can provide a better home for him because shes at her parents. which alot of people live there.

My wife's parents are a not good influence on our family and we have told them to stay away. They refuse, and have gone as far as just sitting on my front porch in the heat refusing to leave after being told to leave so many times it makes my head spin. They wont tell us but they have told (someone that wont be named) that they would seek a lawyer to see there grand kids. Do they have any right at all to do that? we are married and are doing great, except when they are around. were a little scared and need to know if there is anyway they could side step (us) the parents and get visitation.
