Hi, I am a graduate student who just completed my PhD in Neuroscience. I recently received my first ever speeding ticket in Arizona for excessive speeding. It is called a criminal speeding ticket. I have an otherwise clean driving record. The speeding ticket was issued at a moment of non focus and I was not consistently driving at the high speed. I cannot afford to hire a lawyer and am worried about a conviction. Also, I live out of state and am applying for permanent residency. Can you adivse me about pleading guilty to such a charge or help with hiring an attorney.

Divorced for 5 months...x wife and i agreed to an dollar amount settlement for a 401k account. In the decree we agreed that "wife shall establish and disclose to husband her IRA Roll Over account within 10 days of entry of parties Consent Decree of Dissolution of Marriage". She failed to meet the within 10 day agreement. Does this put her in breach of contract? She plans on filing for enforcement of the decree? What can i do to protect myself? Doni have any legal ground to stand on? Additionally thwre are several other minor items in the agreement that she has failed to abide by. Thanks

I have tenents that live in a 2 beedroom apt thats 900 sq. Feet. They have 3 minor kids living with them now and want their 4th to move in. Is it legal for that many people in a small place?

I am breaking my lease with 7 months left on it. I told my landlord a week ago and they have yet to post the property on the rental market. How long do they have to do this? I know I am responsible for rent until they find a new tenant but I also know they need to make an effort to find one.

 6 days ago my daughter was removed from my care, no complaint of abuse or neglect of any kind was made. She was removed from my care due to the fact that I have a diagnosis of PTSD. Once I was diagnose with that I enrolled in counseling. I have been doing that for 7 months now every week. My psychiatrist and therapist both state that I am not a danger to myself or to my child however CPS claims that she cant in my custody. No legal action has been taken, nor have their been any court orders, but they claim that I can only be with her under supervision and cannot spend the night with her.

My roommate and I got into a fight, now she wants me to leave and is threatening to file an OoP to get me to move out. Is there anyway to protect myself from such an injunction and maintain ability to stay in my own home? She claims I'm going do her physical harm, and I think her claims are unwarranted. I just rented a House in Florence AZ and I recieved a letter of trustee sale or foreclosure. I spoke with the Landlord and his property managment and they want us to stay here. Now the problem is that we were decieved to rent the house. One of the questions ask before the house was rented was if the house was in a foreclosure sale due that the rent was cheap $800. Now the management company is been rude. verbaly and the landlord as well. We told them we want the deposit back and we also told them that we were going to move this month because we do not want to find ourselves in the street when they lock the house. They became extreamly disgruntal about the hole situation, and now the property manager said that she is going to try to get us evicted this week or so, now keep in mind that we paid this month rent already. I need to know what to do cause it is getting very unconfortable. due that I have to little kids living in the house.

I live wi my 3 year old son and i have not had hot water for three day. I asked the couple days ago. And still no hot water. Please help.
