Can the non-custodial parent gain legal status if he/she owes 5 years of back pay child support?

Am trying to get my father's name on my birth certificate he lives in a different country and can't come to the US I've called vital records and the tell me to call the Maricopa superior court i called they transfered me to the family Court from there they told me to call the civil court and i did but they told me they can't do anything and told me to go to the website it seem like no one can help me what can i do ?

Where can I get help for my 39 year disabled daughter who has been on SSI since 2001 and last year was denied SSI, we are receiving part benefits as she is in appeal but need a lawyer to assist us on her case before we go to court in front of a judge and also help her to get her benefits back permanently. Any lawyers I have contact want a deposit and hourly wages which of course anyone on SSI couldn't possibly pay. Where can I go to get her proper representation without a huge bill?? maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

The property management is asking that I completely replace the carpet in a bedroom. I disagree, and said that it could be easily fixed with spot treatment and carpet cleaning. As stated in the original lease document that I signed; number 8 states to return the house in "good condition with normal wear and tear." They informed me (over the phone) that "spots" smaller than a quarter would NEVER be considered normal wear and tear and would come back within three months of PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaning. I'm having a carpet company evaluate document. If the company agrees with me,w hat do I do?

I was given exclusive use of our residence in my OOP. Is my husband still required to pay his half of the rent even though he was required to leave the residence?

I was married to my ex husband for 11 years while he was in the military. He later retired from the military. Am I entitled to half of his pension? It was not noted on our divorce decree.

my kids father file for coustody in 2008 and has had my kids since then, the case was dismissed because he did not continue the propper filling f paperwork. i have been in and out of prision in the passed years but i have no contact with my kids or there father since 2008. i would like to know what legal process i would have to go through to see my kids and possibly have coustody? also is coustody even possible for me to obtain being that he has had them for the past 3years? and being that i have a criminal record?

I am a 23 year old mother of two living with my parents currently. Im in school. I have debts that I need paid off. And I simply cannot do it. I recieve government assistance as far as food and cash for the children go. Can you suggest some places that will help me file bankruptcy seeing how low income I am. I need help!!!
