I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

i own my mobile & rent the space.i have owned the mobile for 7yrs & have rented the space for the same. i have 2 roommates the 2nd one moved in about 2months ago.the landlord is now trying to charge me an addtl $100 a month on top of my lot rent/water/garbage. the rental agreement didn't have a rule stating that there is a $100 fee for any addtl occupants. the landlord was aware of the new roommate & didn't ask/require me to add her to my rental agreement. i wasn't given a copy of my rental agreement until 05-12-15 when i asked for one.

My lease expires in one month and I just recently received a renewal notice 1 week ago and they raised my rent by 70 dollars and I told them I can not afford the much higher rent. I asked if they would negotiate a lower monthly rate or I would have to give a 30 days notice. I was told I would have to give a 60 days notice even though they only gave me a new 30 day renewal notice w/price is this correct?? Paid $150 for hair services and was not happy with outcome,. The business offered to fix for free under their 2 week service guarantee. After having the "fix" completed they attempted to charge me $75 stating that I had agreed to pay! I left very angry and wrote to the BBB. The business is charging me for theft and I want to know what options I have as I do not feel I should have to pay more for services that were offered to correct their mistake! I have pictures and the $150 receipt from the original service.

I bought a home in Jan and on the MLS it said the house was 1819 sq. ft. When I contacted the city to find out about permits to do inprovements on the home I was told that the sq. ft is only 550 sq ft. I did not notices this on the deed as I was i first time home buyer and had ask that everyone involed walk me through the prosscess. Now I am told I can be fined and made to bring the additions up to code. I have sunk everything I have in this home
