We belong to a golf club. They offer an annual trail fee which allows us to use our personal golf cart. We paid this annual fee in June. We have decided to move out of state and requested that the unused portion of the annual fee be returned. The club manager says they do not refund any part of this fee. Is this allowable under Arizona law?

I am a receipient of a structured settlement...I have no funds left but I won't get another settlment until 2013....my name is on a bank account where my dad is the executor and will nto allow em access norwill tehbak allow me access so I can never use thjsoe funds for food or anythign else...how can I avoid that disallowing me from the food stamp program...I am unemployed and need food.

I did a plea bargain 9 years ago on a DUI. The court put out a warrant on me, they said I did not complete 36 hours of alcohol treatment. My attorney, does not keep records over 5 years. Can the city court bring up this after 9 years and say it was a pending case?

My employer has been deducting $20 from every employees paycheck every week stating we would get it back at the end of the year if there were no claims filed. It is a moving company and the employer carries insurance. It is past the end of the year and no one has received any of their money back. No one signed anything consenting these deductions either.
