QUESTIONS

  • You state a 10 day notice is required. Is that 10 days before rent is due? Does it mean 10 days before your final 30 day period?
  • My ex was served by my lawyer with a 30 order to reply or comply, he has not yet made a valid reply thru the courts. Do I receive everything that I asked for? And why would my lawyer be in contact with him and give him an extra week to see what he is going to offer? Is there malpractice suit here as well?

My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol

In the suit he made some serious acqusations against my mother and father. These statements are false and in no way shape or form can be proved. Can he simply make false statements to the court with no supporting proof of these statements?
