Where can I get more information and help if I need emergency housing?

2 years ago the VA did a full hip replacement on me. Less than 2 years later, I had to have a non VA doctor redo my hip. Dr advised that the hip that the VA put in was recalled and also that the VA Doctor did not put my hip in correctly. As a result I am now on full Social Security Disability. I am trying to find out how to pursue a case against the VA for malpractice and inadequate care after my surgery. I have had no luck so far speaking to VA advocates etc. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I received a an eviction notice last week giving me days to vacate. I had my boyfriend and dog move in and tried to have him added to the lease. He was denied. They also claim noise, but is is a second level apartment was laminate wood floors. They told me to put rugs down and walk on the balls of my feet. My boyfriend and his dog left. Im packing and they are saying I owe $5,400 at time of moving out. Im current on rent. they asked me to leave. Lease expires 01/30/2016. How can they charge me when Im current and they asked me to leave?

How far can they go back for child support

I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

My kids mother left the state and left our child with me now she wants to take her from me what rights do u have as the father when she left her in the first place ?

I’m currently separated from my husband and looking into divorce we have two children one who’s biologicaly his and one which isn’t but he’s taken care of since 1yr and a half. I want full custody of my children because he doesn’t even live in the state. Will I be able to get full custody of them or at least our biological child and give him an hour or two of visiting time when he’s in the state ?

I have a order of protection on my ex, he isn't supposed to contact me, and my address and stuff is protected. My question is, is he violating the order by going and harassing my family trying to get my address? He's telling them he needs my address, they know not to give it to him, do I file a report?

My ex & I have 50/50. we split in 5/15, he moved in his gf two months after I left. He since has been trying to get my son (2.5yrs) to call her mom. He took him out of the babysitter care w/o my knowledge or agreement, put him in a daycare of his choosing so his gf could have access to my son. He wouldn't let me know where he was enrolled. Once I did they wouldn't give me an update because he didn't list me on the pwork. He takes him to rndm clinics so I won't have access to his records. & I just found out she was arrested for domestic violence while my son was there. What can I do help!
