My ex boss and I had a disagreement about a verification issue through email. She was very rude and disrespectful. The following morning my husband who is her current employee called me to tell me that she cc'd him in his email the conversation. Is this a privacy breech? Although, he is my husband, he is a current employee and I am not. This is second time this has happened. The first time with a different employee. Do I have any legal rights here?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I have joint custody and am needing to file a petition to prevent relocation. The court gave me a blank title page packet. What do I need to include in this petition?

If I am convicted with a DUI, someone told me I could get my records sealed after 2 years if I hire an attorney. If someone does a background check how long will this conviction remain on my record and if I am able to get it sealed could comone still find this conviction? Thanks for your help

I have been divorced since 2003. I have been living with my exhusband since the divorce. My divorce decree calls for me to receive half of his pension. I have never asked for any alimony until now. How do I go about getting half of his monthly pension and some back pension too? I receive SSI each month.
