My Mom is an 80-year old senior with legal status, diable, no income, arrived in the US November 2007. She was just recently approved for AHCCCS Federal Emergency Services. I made an appeal to AHCCCS that she be granted a regular full coverage because of her current medical condition. What are the rights of the seniors in Arizona with the same case of my Mom in terms of health care. She has heart disease, severe arthritis, acute glaucoma that needs to be followed-up by specialists. She has been due for medical check up and needs continuous medication for the above illnesses. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I let a friend pull a travel trailer on my acre with an oral agreement that he would fix things around the land in exchange for staying there. My brother had to move in with me and I told my friend he would have to move out. I gave him a month and he didn't move. I gave him another 6 weeks and he did not move . then I gave him one more week and that is up in 3 days and it does not look like he is going to move by then. what should I do ? He did not break any agreement, nor did I.

Hi, my landlord's pool maintenance person put a lock on the pool pump for no apparent reason. We did not get a notice from the landlord about this action. We now have no control of the pool pump operation. As a tenant, I feel I have the right to full access of all properties on premise. Is this correct? is my landlord's action violate tenant's right? thank you.
