  • I have a question concerning the law about zoning your property. My parents own 5 acres of land. They would like to if they are able to sell a couple acres to me. We are un sure if the law would alow this. Since there property is zoned for 5 acres.

  • I am being evicted due to non-payment of rent, when I asked our landlord if she would use our security deposit towards rent owed, she stated that is not allowed under AZ law. However, in the AZ Landlord and Tenant Act it states that Security deposits may be used towards the payment of all rent. Which is correct?

  • I have raised my grandaughter since she was six months and she is now 7 yrs old. My son lives with me and has legal guardianship over her. Her mother came and got her two days ago stating she now wants to raise her. What legal grounds do I have or what can I do to obtain guardianship over her?
