  • I live in a senior mobile home park in Phoenix, AZ and own my home. The park owner is sending threatening notices that he is making a new rule that all tenants have to provide proof of homeowners insurance and minimum coverage shall include comprehensive liability, fire and windstorm insurance, and coverage for the removal of home in case of a total loss. None of us seniors can afford this. Wouldn't the AZ Landlord and Tenant Agreement Act, ARS 33-1452 - Rules and regulations, Item B pertain to this?
  • Bankruptcy was done 6/2010.My mortgage was included and at same time GMAC mortgage was going thru bankruptcy and Ocwen took over my payments which I continued to make. I was not aware that I was to reassume my loan nor advised by Ocwen or lawyer on this. Ocwen took payments and stopped reporting to credit bureau's.Tried Harp but was unable due to no show of a morgage.Struggling to pay 1400mo now.If let go can they report it with lack of show of mortgage.Can they be forced to report back paymt's.what options do I have before I'm forced out of home.Reach me at [email protected]
  • What can I do if my husband is not filing his set of divorce papers, mine have been filed already and I waited the required amount of time, but he will not file his papers saying he is too busy. We have no children together and we agreed on everything. I believe I need to file a default form, but does that mean we have to have a hearing? Is there anyway to file the default form and have no hearing? Especially being we have no property/assets to divide.

  • Can my landlord charge me for water, electric, or other utility bills that the property manager neglected to charge for in previous months? For instance, a bill came to them in May, which they neglected to post to our account, and they are now charging me for in September.

My step-mother and this man sleep together and my father knows about it. The problem I have is this man has a 10 page criminal history and he also is an alcoholic. Him and my step-mom get drunk and take my fathers car and don't return until the next day. There are four children living there as well and hear and see this man threaten my father. There is also drugs involved. I feel like my siblings and my father are in a very dangerous situation. What can I do? Help
  • Is there a way to read a will without contacting the surviving spouse and/or immediate family?
  • We gave a roommate 30-day verbal notice that his month-to-month lease was up. If he doesn't leave could his drinking binges (including driving on a suspended license, with no insurance), and belligerent, vaguely threatening but scary behavior be enough to get an immediate eviction started? He will go into the kitchen falling down drunk when everyone else is asleep, and I'm afraid he could start a fire, by accident or on purpose. Or would we have to give him written notice and start from square one? Thanks!
  • I have been living in my apartment for almost a year now. Three months sicnce i moved in i discovered bed bugs. In May 2016 they came to exterminate. I have not seen any bed bugs til recencently. I went to the office in January 2017 and told them they i still have bed bugs in my apt. They are trying to charge me 300 for coming out to exterminate again, are they allowed to do so? What can i do about this situation and who can i talk to?
  • I recently moved into a condo and i signed a lease and she accepted payment and I moved in. Then a few days later she came to me and told me I need to get out because she had found out about an old landlord who gave me a bad review. I didnt lie on my application i gave her two years back even thou she asked for five. she didnt say anything about it and approved my application. Does she have any right to evict me?
