  • My son asked to move his camper to my home. I adamantly told him NO. He knocked on my door 3 days ago and had moved it on my property while I was sleeping. He is not allowed on my property anyway due to his drug use. Now I have people in on out of his trailer buying dope. I don't know what to do to make him leave! Do I call the police or do I have to file an eviction notice on him? I am afraid of him as he has threatened both my life and to burn down my house if I didn't let him park it! I reported the threats to the police the week before when I told him no. Desperate
  • Our landlord gave us 1.5 hours to complete the move in forms. Even though we asked for more time by leaving the form with us. She demanded that she had to be there to compete it with us but that she had an appointment and both parties were on a time frame. I want to know how much time Arizona gives a tenant for a move in form. Did we have the right to request more time and the right is she couldn't be there to complete it on our own?
  • I signed a lease for 13 months. I was told there would be a cap of 60.00 for water. If I used less than that I paid for what I used. If I used 70.00 worth I would only pay 60.00. My water bill for 9 months has been approximately 15.00. I found out on 1/2/15 that I will be charged a standard amount of 80.00 a month because I have 2 bathrooms. Is this legal?

  • My house foreclosed and was sold at auction on 4/4. On 4/5 I spoke with the new owner and he said he would give me until 4/12 to vacate. Today 4/9 I recieved a Forcible Detainer request form in the mail. DO I need to be out by today?
  • I put in a work order for my microwave to be fixed on July 3rd. It is now July 24th and they have still not fixed the microwave. I call the office and put in another work order, but they keep pushing it off. When I ask why is it taking so long, management gives me different stories.

  • I live in a place that was built in the 60s and the plumbing is still the old school piping (not plastic) but our toilet is brand new. My sister put a baby wipe down the toilet and it plugged up the piping. The plumber came out and said normally a wipe is fine to flush but because the piping is ancient you can't. So it cost $200 to fix the problem and our landlord handed us the bill. Is this right? Shouldn't they be paying for this?
