I was listed as a person residing in the mobile home park where my mother was leasing a space. She has passed away and the landlord now wants me to move out even though the lease has not yet expired. Do I have a right to stay.

I live in a Trailer park I own my home but I pay lot rent. The Park raises the lot rent $15.00 dollars every year. I heard they were gonna raise it like 200 dollars more this year. My question is can they do that.

I rent a lot in a mobile home park. I own my home and the new owner of the park are trying to charge for every person that lives in my home. Is this legal?

We have a park model home in a park here in ehrenberg, and we just received an email stating our space fee will increase 45% (300 to 425) beginning August 1st. That is only 11 days notice. In the same email it was stated that the park manager had made a mistake and did not charge this amount beginning January 2016 due to his own error. He states that he will forego the 1050 difference and just implement the new rate going forward. Is there a minimum amount of time they need to notify us of the increase? 30 days or something?

I live in a mobile home park where i purchased a trailer for 5000$ after i bought the trailer we noticed we do nit have gas. I discussed this with the landlord and he discovered it was a bad gas line. We have not had gas for months the land lord is not fixing the problem I have no heat hot water or gas to cook with. Am I able to with hold rent? and if i have to leave the property can I be reimbursed for the trailer?

we were evicted from a trailer court recently but i own my trailer outright, paid for free and clear. Can the park take my trailer from me? Its too old to move and they say that if I sell it I have to sell it for a minimum of what is owed to them or they will evict the new owner. That doesnt seem right to me.

A friend of mine who lived in an RV park recently died. He left his RV to me. At the time of his death he was renting on a yearly basis, and was paid up through May 2018. Park management says that the lot rental payments are not transferable, and that I must sign a new rental agreement. Have looked through Title 33 Chapter 19, but not sure if anything there applies. Is it true that the park owner can "keep the rent," in a case like this?

I am trying to sell my mobile home but my landlord says that they have the right to walk through it and see the transaction between me and the new buyer is this correct

The ownership of the mobile home park is requiring that I pay to repair a sewage line attached to my mobile home that has deteriorated over the years due to no fault of my own. Is this legal, since I own only the mobile home and not the lot it sits on.

My RV park closed the pool and hot tub. Don’t the chemicals in both of these kill the COVID -19 ? I can go in river , why not my pool which is safer?
-
Can my landlord impose a fee because I own a washing machine? This fee was not indicated on my original rental contract I signed 9 years ago. This fee was implemented AFTER they built a laundry room. Their excuse for charging this fee is that the water bill is higher, which wasn't an issue before they built the laundry room.
