QUESTIONS

  • I need to track the creation, revisions, amendments to Arizona Revised Statute 13-3601, specifically in relation to mandatory arrest laws during domestic violence calls. How do i do that? Thank you!
  • My teenage daughter and I were both arrest for domestic violence and both of us were prosecuted. Same case yet we were both identified as defendants which very effectively eliminated any accountability especially by the courts to address "Victim's Rights" at all. The words "dominate aggressor" does not exist , at least not in the statues in AZ. So my question is: How do the courts justify this? Is this ethical? Every justification so far has been absolutely absurd. Have you thought this through at all? Obviously: no victim, double fees, more income, more DV programs as Dual arrests increase
  • can i change my mind about an order of protection that i got from the family court in phoenix. if so, how do i do that. Also can i rent an apartment with my roommate that i got the Order of Protection on before the order is terminated by the court?
  • Say you live with someone, or vice-versa.. (who's name is NOT on the Lease) & they petition for an Order of Protection against you & they also filled out the paperwork using your address. How does this work exactly, when it's YOUR address?
  • My son (36) lives in Phoenix, AZ His Girl Friend (whom he has 2 children with) took out a Protection Order against him in order to make her apartment complex happy & not get kicked out. She had him stay away for a few days then moved him right back in. Does this not make the Protection Order Null & Void?
  • what can I do to help my girlfriend her ex husband is slapping her around and hitting her
  • How do I apply for help? I called 480-xxx three times waited for over an hour each time and was hung up onthree times. I am ttrying to apply on line and no way to apply. I am on disability am a single mom with three children. Their dad is abusive. I need sole custody and I need help please call me back.
  • My ex is doing this to our son. Where can I get help? The judge doesn't see my side of this and there was significant domestic violence in our marriage. The judge has granted my ex custody and he is a dangerous alcoholic. My daughter, his step daughter is so afraid for her little brother because she knows 1st hand what her step-father is capable of yet the judge won't let her in the court room. My ex is extremely good at conning and manipulating the system and has the judge fooled. I don't know what to do and now I can't even see our son. What can I do?
  • Ok I was being beaten by my boyfriend n my friend came to my aid n now facing charges what can I do
