QUESTIONS

  • What haplens if you get pregnant with a person tgat you have a restraining order on while tge restraining order is still up
  • I have a domestic violence charge against me and although I had it set aside, I still can not get a job in AZ. I need to know how long this conviction, which is a misdemeanor, stays on my record?
  • I see a lot of doctrine that establishes the means of acquiring a Protection Order, but I see nothing in regards to the ramifications of filing a false one. So my question is; does filing a false Protection Order, also include immunity from prosecution? Is there any justice for anyone who has been the victim of a system remedy, which has been abused to the point where it has become weapon, rendering it ineffective? Its ironic that a system created to help victims, in turn makes victims. Was that the intended purpose, to deprive fathers of their children and create a plethora problems?
  • I WAS WIT M EX 4 10YRS. IN 2006 HE BEAT PRETTY BAD, IN FRONT OF OUR KIDS. I WENT 2 THE HOSPITAL N HE TOOK OFF WITH THE KIDS. HE TOOK IT 2 TRIAL. HE WAS FACING 11-15YRS IN PRISON 4 ASSAULT WIT DEADLY WEAPON FELONY BECUZ IT WAS REPEATED CHARGE, 2 COUNTS OF ENDANGERMENT, N 2 COUNTS OF CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE. I WAS SUPPOSE 2 TSTIFY IN COURT BUT DIDNT CUZ I WAS 2 SCARED. SO IT WAS DISMISSED. NOW THAT IM NOT SCARED ANYMORE N HAVE BEEN AWAY FROM HIM FOR 3YRS. CAN IT BE BROUGHT BACK UP. CAN HE BE CHARGED NOW. HOW DO I FIND OUT?
  • If a relative has lived in your home for than a year and domedtic violence was involved, do i have to give her notice before I get rid of her belongings
  • If an order of protection is obtained, and an appeal was rejected. In the even the order is then modified and granted with the modification, does the order of protection get extended? For example: original order granted 11/12/2015, but was modified and granted 2/2/2016 is the new date 2/2/2016 or does remain the date of the original service?
  • My ex is doing this to our son. Where can I get help? The judge doesn't see my side of this and there was significant domestic violence in our marriage. The judge has granted my ex custody and he is a dangerous alcoholic. My daughter, his step daughter is so afraid for her little brother because she knows 1st hand what her step-father is capable of yet the judge won't let her in the court room. My ex is extremely good at conning and manipulating the system and has the judge fooled. I don't know what to do and now I can't even see our son. What can I do?
  • I took a diversion deal for two DV misdemeanor charges, resulting in 26 counseling sessions and 36 mo. probation. Since the conviction has not been entered, once I finish the counseling program, can I get the charges dismissed or do I have to wait until completing at least 18 months of probation?
  • I have a 3 year old son and his father and i are separated for a year and 5 months. I also have a domestic abuse protection order against my son's father, my question is.. can I apply for child support with no visitation? and also do I still have to face him in court for child support?
  • My fiance and i were in an argument and i called the cops because she pushed me several times. it was a big mistake and i wished i never called them. They came and arrested her. Now she is out and she cannot come home or call me. we have 3 kids together and are torn apart now. Is there anything we can do to get passed this huge mistake? Her trial is a month from now.
