What are my rights while I am on parole to see my kids? I am paying child support, I work, I am responsible, I love my boys. My wife (separated) is using the boys, as her means of child support from the Welfare Agency here. I want my legal rights .

my brother is on parole, he has a job and a house and is stable. he is responsible. His wife refuses to allow him to have partial custody. He is paying regularly back child support, for when he was incarcerated. He loves his kids & wants visitation.

I'm 29 citizen of phoenix az. I have been thru a violent abused on my age of 8.9.10. Thru 16 . I hired a paralegal to prepare divorce papers, they have not been filed as of yet. We decided on division of property already. I need to know If I can sell items in my half of community assets/property to pay community debt? If not, am I supposed to let house go into foreclosure or my vehicle get repossessed. Injunction against harassment with "no contact" but both parties are in the same school and same classes together. How is the defendant to avoid contact? Is he required to change schools?

MY daughter was roughed up my her live in bf. he also damaged her car. she was willing to go to the sheriffs office until they told her he would be arrest tonight and go to jail. How likely is that to happen the injury is broken nails bruised? the vechile damage is about $500 and he still has her glasses and a few other small things.
