My ex husband has now been incarcerated for the past 5 years. He has charges of domestic violence and aggravated domestic violence against me which happened in front of the kids. I currently have sole custody and he has not seen or spoken to the kids in at least 4 years. I would like to terminate his parental rights, is this a possibility?

My friend just started dating someone who has to attend anger management courses because his ex accused him of domestic violence. He claims she had no proof and that he was not able to defend himself. I want to know if it is true that AZ courts will send someone to anger management classes without any proof of actual violence?

If I have an order of protection and my ex- husband and or wife wants to live near by so that our child could walk to his mothers our father's house, what are the laws for this , I asked the judge, and he said that in the order of protection they no longer state a specific distance however the judge advised me to seek legal advice.

Hello, my parents marriage is negatively evolving..it is evolving drastically. A couple of days ago my stepdad pulled a gun on my mom in front of my younger brother. My younger brother explained this event to me and older sister. He also stated that he had to intervene between my parents.
