QUESTIONS

  • My mother recently tried to punch me and when she did so I blocked it and pushed her off of me, she says that I am legally obliged to let her discipline me as my parent, is this true?
  • I took a diversion deal for two DV misdemeanor charges, resulting in 26 counseling sessions and 36 mo. probation. Since the conviction has not been entered, once I finish the counseling program, can I get the charges dismissed or do I have to wait until completing at least 18 months of probation?
  • My husband was arrested after an arrangement we had we got kinda loud so the next door neighbor called the cops when they arrive my husband was already packed up and out the door he didnt put his hands on me but he did break the phone. I told the cops I didnt want him arrested. Why would they still take him and how can I get him out ASAP
  • I filed for a order of protection 2/18 & defendant filed to drop it (heating 3/4). Judge said there were 2 violations since OP was granted but since I replied to his saying he was sorry to hear about the death of my 23 yr. old cat (no law says I can't contact him!) he/Judge said he's only guilty of one violation ...yet he firmly told defendant to leave me alone & granted his request to dismiss the Order of Protection. What can I do about this injustice? By the way we are a bit racial couple
  • after being arrested about 10 years ago, the attorneys office denied the case from the arresting department due to lack of evidence. Charges were never filed with the state, however the arrest record still has to be researched with every background check. is there a way to have this removed from public record since there was never even a case or conviction?
  • in state of az how long do i have to file police report for criminal damage on ex.
  • can police serve order of protection without seal on order
  • I need to track the creation, revisions, amendments to Arizona Revised Statute 13-3601, specifically in relation to mandatory arrest laws during domestic violence calls. How do i do that? Thank you!
  • I am in need 5,000 to lay my daughter down to rest she was murdered in a domestic violence situation. Someone told me the county could help. Please help you.
  • My friend just started dating someone who has to attend anger management courses because his ex accused him of domestic violence. He claims she had no proof and that he was not able to defend himself. I want to know if it is true that AZ courts will send someone to anger management classes without any proof of actual violence?
