I think that it is great that these forms can be so easily accessed. I believe it would be beneficial for the public if the Mental Health Power of Attorney and the Health Care Power of Attorney were combined.

  • What are rules for Medicaid recipients with regard to the other spouses rights? I'm planning for if I would have to go to a Nursing Home.
