If someone was convicted of domestic violence 3 years ago, can they by any way file any motions to get the fines reduced by the court? or file for any motions to set aside the conviction?

I took a diversion deal for two DV misdemeanor charges, resulting in 26 counseling sessions and 36 mo. probation. Since the conviction has not been entered, once I finish the counseling program, can I get the charges dismissed or do I have to wait until completing at least 18 months of probation?

I have been in a domestic violence situation for 9 years. We had 3 kids out of wedlock and later on married. He is on the birth certificate but there is no court custody in place. He is also on the child abuse and neglect registry for failing to supervise my daughter properly and has domestic violence charges on his record, I was the victim. Can I relocate to another state with our children legally and not tell him?

A TPO was filed on me. The petitioner tried to contact me many times after filing. Sending me texts like "Please cum sleep with me". The judge still extended the order for 12 months. I posted a web site giving an editorial of my experience. The petitioner got a warrant & I was charged with Aggravated Stalking in a different county than the TPO was filed. Can a web site be considered contact?

I was in an argument with my boyfriend and he called the police. In the process, I was angry and cut two clothes which I gave him as gift in the past. The original price of those two items are 200 dollar in total, but it was worn for more than 2 years. Before I damage those two clothes, I have obtained consent from my boyfriend of returning those two clothes to me . However, I was still arrested and charged with criminal damage. If my boyfriend has agreed to return the clothes to me, is that still his property? I mentioned this to the police officer but he said he still need to arrest me.

Can I put a restraining order on my wife for myself and our three children? We are in the middle of a divorce and the kids live with me, I take care of them, she hardly calls or comes to see them but everytime I don't give her money she threatens to take them and remove them from school while I'm at work? I need an order of protection to keep her away until the court hearing. Can I do this?
