How can a 17yrs married unemployed mother of 5 get legal help in this state.He has frozen all assets and not paid anything for weeks. I now have no food no phone no cable and most important no money the a retainer.

All I can say is documentation is everything. Write everything down and save for your court dates, save a paperwork and have it with you for each court date, again documentation is everything in this state. It took me 16 months to get divorced.
QUESTIONS

I have filedfor divorce with children done everything in order and made it to the hearing for temp. orders. We both are scheduled for the the pip class which i just took on Wed. The judge said my husband could take his in Las Vegas cause he lives there. The judge said that he is not setting this case for anything until completion cert. are received by the court for both of us. How long does he have to prove completion so we can keep going forward

I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?
