Question: Is there a form for community property assets?
Answer: In the State of Arizona, community property is defined as “all property acquired by either husband or wife during the marriage is the community property of the husband and wife except for property that is acquired by gift, devise or descent; or that is acquired after service of a petition for dissolution of marriage, legal separation or annulment if the petition results in a decree of dissolution of marriage, legal separation or annulment.” (ARS 25-211) You may wish to look at the AZ Courts Self Service Center which has a number of forms you might find useful. Proceedings related to family law and community property can be complex. You may wish to contact an attorney for further information or for advice about your specific case.
