For 2 weeks now My grandfather travels los angeles to tijuana every other day to watch over his mother in law. We have no documents for my great gram.. id like to be able to bring her to los angeles to spare my grandfather the stress and enjoy my great grandmother which im so proud to have the honor to have id like my 4 children to get to spend time with her.
  • I live in TX. My daughter and her mother moved to AZ 2 years ago. I paid support and maintained telephonic contact. During this time, unknown to me, the mother became a heroine addict and gave temporary custody to the grandmother. When I was informed of the situation, I attempted to gain custody of my daughter and the grandmother, who worked for Pima Co. Superior Court, filed for permanent custody. With our court date set for Nov 4th and my plane and hotel paid, the court calls me and says they changed the date. Is that even legal with less than 24 hours notice? Do I have any recourse?
  • my daughter is 22, cannot find a job, does she qualify for any type of assistance

  • My ex's visitation is every other holiday break and half of the summer. He disappears for months at a time, last time being 4 months and he was in jail; he is also far behind on his support. He now wants to have them for the summer in TX. I have qualms about it because the last time he took them out of state, he didn't bring them home, I had to figure out a way to go get them. Additionally, the last time he had them here for their break, he had me pick them up after 6 days because he couldn't handle it. Can I legally deny him visitation out of state?
  • If the Landlord issues a 10 day non-compliance letter, and the tenant has already sent a letter stating they are breaking the lease and leaving one month early, can the Landlord still hold tenant responsible for the last month of rent, if tenant cannot remedy the non-compliance issues in 10 days and has to move out?
  • I purchased a home about a year ago with my domestic partner. I am the only person financially responsible for the home. I added my domestic partners name to the title as a joint ownership. In case in the future my domestic partner and I part ways, would we have to sell the home? Does she have any legal rights over the home?
