I currently have sole custody of my child since his father was not around for the pregnancy or birth and is not even listed on the birth certificate. We were never married. He filed for custody and we have trial in November. If I get activated in the military indefinitely and have to move before our court date what happens? I have been the primary caregiver to our son since birth.

My husband and I have been living apart for over a year. He left when I was 3 months pregnant. Right now we are going through a divorce. He is not paying child support. Will the court order that he pays back child support? He also has not pais medical bills resulting from birth. paid some child support, than stopped.

What is considered "a reasonable amount of time" for repairs? We have had no hot water for 3 days and I sent my landlord the laws and he came back saying that they can turn off the hot water to make repairs & they aren't being "negligent" so we can't take action.

I live in a apartment complex. I have been here for about 5 years. I had moved to a bigger unit about 4 years ago . recently moved to another bigger unit in April. So it was brought to my attention that on the last unit I moved from carpet had to be replaced so I owe $430... and now they are stating that I also owe from the previous unit I had moved from 3 years ago. I hadn't of heard about this balance before. Can they do this? what can I do about it?

I rent an apart. in Chandler. a neighbor leaves cat food out on the sidewalk 2 feed stray cats. I talked to the manager and she says there is nothing she can do.The issue now is there is a roach and ant infestation do2 the cat food.my son turned out2 be allergic to roach bites &has fallen down and hit his head when he step on the food.there are even roaches on my bed at night when we r sleeping. She just tells.me to keep my apart. clean and has the regular guy come over to spray but this doesn't help. What can I do???

A customer wrote us a check for services rendered and then stopped payment on it. We provided the service and they paid with a check. They never said that there was a problem with the work but the check was returned to us "stop payment". What is our recourse in this matter? Thank You, Phyllis
