  • I have been moved in my apt since 3/26/2020 and I haven't received my mailbox key as of today. I've been inquiring about it. My mailbox needs repairs to get a key and get my nail. My mail is being returned to sending because the office lady won't allow my mail to be left with the office people. So I'm not able to get my mail. They had maintenance fix mailboxes few weeks back but they never got to my and the office lady was unable to give me another date when maintenance plans on fixing mine. Am I obligated to pay rent since my mailbox is broken so I'm unable to receive any mail.
  • My lease states that 2 adults are allowed to leave in the premises. I had a friend stay with me and my landlord forced me to kicked them out. He said that having somebody else stay with me without his approval meant I broke the lease and he could evict me.   • A few days after a pest control issue, house of filled with dead animal smell coming from the AC vents. I couldn’t get in contact with my landlord. My husband gets up in the attic to try to Search. He determined it was not in a ducts, but most likely fell into the mail AC unit. My landlord has sent two different people out to 1. Cover the smell, 2.reconnect the duct. He has yet to send someone to open/check inside the unit. I have an immune compromised 2 year old, no ac, & a dead animal in air system (which is a big health hazard). How long can he drag his feet? What are our options?

  • There was a pipe leaking by my parking spot for the last couple months. My water/sewer/trash Bill almost doubled for the last couple months. We pay w/s/t with our rent when it is due but we get a separate w/s/t bill and it shows that for almost 2 years my w/s/t was roughly the same until last month. The complex gets one bill and divides it by common area the apts pay the rest is divided to the residents. I believe the complex wasn't paying for their leaking pipe they were dividing it amongst the apt units. Can they legally do that?
