I am a father of two and my wife physically and mentally abuses our kids. How can I get emergency custody of my two kids?

I paid partial rent on space in park by money order. Landlord accepted it and now served me with eviction notice. Now they say they never got money order. Do I have recourse? Can they evict me after I paid most of the rent? I own my trailer and they want me to abandon it so they can steal it. It is my only home. No place to to. What can I do???

I live at -- Mobile home park in Tucson. I own my trailer and rent the space. Here a week and a half ago, the gas co.shut off service to the park stating the line was leaking. The landlord isn't wanting to repair or replace the line due to the expense. There's about 40 trailers here. The landlord won't answer or return call. What would be the next step

I received a notice from the IRS saying that they will levy my Social Security check for non-payment of taxes. I am 70 years old. My only source of income is Social Security of $1798 per month. I have no assets. I live in an Assisted Living facility which I pay room and board of $1649 from SocSec and ALTCS benefits pay the balance. I am left with $109 per month for personal needs. Can the IRS levy 15% of my Soc Sec? How do I stop this levy?

A few days ago I moved into my apartment as sole occupant and signed a lease. Last night my ex-boyfriend attacked me in apt and damage occurred. I just received phone call msg from apt mgr and sounds like I will be asked to leave. Can she do this

My apt. was flooded by the septic, raw sewage came out in my 2 bathrooms shower/tub. carpets soaked. I was not home at time, my children had noticed the problem, the neighbor contacted the management,her apt. was also flooded; when I arrived home and called it was after office hours; I contacted the build. maint. I told them we are not staying, we needed to be placed elsewhere, he talked with management, they gave us a 1 bdrm apt. myself and mother are both disabled. Is this not biohazard?? toxic? shouldnt the carpets be replaced? WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

My mother had quad bypass surgery 10/07. Upon coming home from the hospital we needed a caregiver to help my mom take her meds go to the bathroom , feed herself , bathe herself etc. After 90 days my mothers LTC kicked in. We filed a claim with Humana , which is the provider that administers her medicare , on 04/20/07. We called a couple of weeks later and were told it takes 30 days to process. We then called the end of May and were told they have it but to wait another 30 days. We called at the end of June and were now told it was in the wrong dept but it would now be expedited. I called mid July spoke to a "manager " Joe Clark who said it was still in the worng dept but he wopuld expedite it and call me back in 1-2 days. NO CALL 10 days later I call and speak to Stephanie, and she tells me her sup. will call me back NO CALL. i call 5 days later speak to Woodley , he tells me he has no idea about the delay but will rush it. I call at the end of July speak to yet another manager who tells me they "changed" vendors and need me to refax the entire claim. She asks me what the claim is about I tell her and she tells me that what I described to her is really more "housekeeping" work and not covered. KEEP IN MIND she hasn't even reviewed the claim. I am now approaching 4 months since we first submitted this and I am at wits end. What are my options to get this expedited one way or another

I asked CitiMortgage Inc . for a loan modification at the end of 2012 because my ci-borrower was gone and I was going to get a 20% paycut two months from when I made my request. I was definitely in imminent danger of default. They said call back after I miss 3 payments and then they would help.Endless paperwork, 10 payments behind-I reinstated in full and am now current. They transferred deed to trustee and still foreclosure activity. Help

in 2013 was bit by two bit bulls. filed a claim with there insurance company. 2009 home owner died. son was making home owners insurance payment. its been almost a year since i made this claim now im getting the run around saying they didn't know that the home owner was dead. do they still have to pay out on my claim? how long do they have to pay on the claim?
