My new apt. has many old water leaks I only discovered when it rained, and a large patch of black mold that's not responding to me spraying mold and mildew cleaner on it growing on the outside exterior of my living room wall in a closet. During the last storm, I had water trickling down the drywall and across the ceiling in my bedroom and one can see it's not a new leak and has been repaired before. Maintenance says they can only cosmetically scrape and paint it. I can't live here even if its remedied because it's extensive and I'm very sensitive to mold already. What do I do?

Me, my son, & my girlfriend we’re self help evicted from a verbal month to month agreement. Landlord provided no paperwork prior & changed the locks the same evening. Tenants did not break any of the rules & we were evicted same day as rent was due(had the cash in my pocket) was living there 9 months & can provide proof of acceptance of money for monthly rent as well as proof her boyfriend was using herion among other drugs in the home while her children as well as my own was living in the residence. Spent 1,000 on hotels for 2 weeks while finding another residence Landlord is withholding mail

Am I legally able to move out of state with my son, if the father is on the birth certificate? He has been active in our sons life as well as paying for his needs. However I am not safe nor is my children's state of mind and well being. There is 15 years of emotional, physical and mental abuse from him. My children as well as myself want a safe home and stability. I can't provide that unless I relocate. I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

My father passed away, I'm named the executor of his estate. I currently do not have a will in place for myself. Should I get a will prior to the estate being finalized? In the event that I die before my fathers estate is settled, could I leave what would be my share to another family member?

Hr brought in an invstigator without telling me and made me answer questions and then I was told I would have to take a polygraph. What are my rights.
