  • Hello If the mother of the child does not mention domestic abuse nor filed and order or protection during the initial custody paperwork (for example when the child is a newborn) can they later come back and claim domestic abuse happened during pregnancy by the father over 6 years later?
  • I have a 13 year old daughter that would like to contact her father, on the original court documents our addresses were not to be listed, however his was. Is there anyway I can legally find out if this is still his current address without violating any privacy issues?

  • My brother and I had a verbal agreement that he would purchase my property in which I run my business from and live and we would then do a lease option to buy back with a set price being set at time of agreement and I would be responsible for making interest only payments on the money he borrowed to pay for the property, which was fine. I am very behind on rent, but I have been making payments towards the past due rent whenever I was able to and these payments were accepted. Now my landlord wants to evict me. He knows i am disabled and waiting for benefits. I was told i couldn't be evicted if my disability was the reason I couldn't pay rent, which is my case. Is this true?
