My girlfriend is the manager of the apartment complex where we live. She has me listed on the management portal (resident log-in) as “roommate” and as the manager, she is on a month-to-month lease. The quarantine has been difficult for her, but she has a track record of less than pleasant behavior and I have recorded her. There is a quarantine due to COVID I have a medical order advising that I self quarantine. Can she kick me out at whim or lock me out of my home or otherwise threaten me since there is an Executive Order in place and I am a Protected Class?

I would like to add my last name to my daughters birth certificate. They currently have fathers last name. I have sole custody of them and their father & I were never married. After a Judgement has been paid in full through a writ of garnishment can a creditor claim that there is still money owed to his client? In this case the amount in the judgement is less than what the client turned into the creditor plus a 40% collection fee. And after the judgement was paid in 2005 no further notification was received as to any extra amounts being due. I have just now received notice that I owe this outstanding blance plus 4 years of interest. This is still the original creditor from 2005.

the irs has taken approximately $40,000.00 from my social security checks over the past 6 years without ever notifying me as to why they are doing so. i thought i had a right to know why and where the money was going. i am now unable to work to survive and desperately need the full benefit to which i am entitled. do i not have a right to know what is going on with my money?
