Purchased 2 timeshares in late 90's, which worked well for family at the time and both are paid off in full and current with fees. Life changes, health changes, it no longer works. Have researched to find possible resolution to cancel/terminate contract and have found nothing but SCAMS! Granted, it wasn't the brightest idea to purchase but let's claim it a "lesson learned". I now am trying to educate myself on the law and it's been pretty difficult finding answers and people I can trust or those who do "timeshares". I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Which document prevails?

We have lived in our apartment for just about 9 yrs. my landlord has completely ignored basic maintenance of this place. I have two giant holes in my ceiling (bedroom.) Termites in my son's room. No garbage disposal, which my landlord has bragged about not replacing to other tenants. He always wants to save money, so the few things he does replace are in poor condition or are jerri-rigged. So my daughters father and i where together when she was born naturally i gave her his last name. On Septemeber 29, 2015 he was arrested and charged with his 3rd domestic. There's a 2 year order of protection in place he gets visitation within that op. Due to all this id like to not change but at least hyphenate her last name can i do this?

I was arrested in January of 2019 in Gila county, the preliminary hearing was vacated and I am not being charged but when a background check was done the charges were found. I am trying to re-enter military service, is there a way to make these go away since the state is not pressing charges and it’s been the better part of two years, what are my options?

What if I've been to prison and while I was there, my son's father took me to court and got sole legal custody, and since then has dumped my son off on his family (3 years) and has left the state? Do I have any right to do anything? He does not support our son in anyway.
