"When parents are unmarried and no order has been entered to establish parental rights, the biological father has no legal right to either custody or parenting time until paternity is established." My wife and I recently rented an apartment and let our 17 year old daughter live there. Our intention to have her as the inhabitant was expressed to the property manager and her name was included onthe rental agreement. Are we within our rights to let our 17 year old daughter inhabit the apartment that we, her parents, rented?

Our heater works but does not provide airflow to the bottom story of our apartment.Twice, we asked the apartment manager directly to make repairs but repairs were never made. On Monday, we sent written notice of intent to terminate lease per ARS 33-1361(A). The apartment manager told me on Monday that someone would be over Tuesday to take a look at our unit but, again, they never showed up. Do I have grounds to terminate on Saturday if nothing is done? The term "reasonable heat" seems arbitrary and I want to make sure I have legitimate grounds for terminating my lease.

My 2 daughters reside at clear creek apartments flagstaff...they pay 1250 a month for their apartment. In the amenities it list HEAT is one the items provided in the apartment. They have a THERMOSTAT SWITCH in the apartment. When they did their walk through they were instructed to turn on to be sure it was in working order it WASNOT they told management and have NOT RECEIVED ANY response. They have been told nothing about it. I have sent emails and placed phone calls to have no response. What can we do. They are freezing. Short of buying space heaters for every room and run the risk of fire
