Im separated not yet divorced. We lived in Arizona then agreed to move to Colorado last August. While in Colorado she was verbally abusive, she cheated and at one point hit me in front of our son and daughter. I told her I no longer wanted to be with her. She took the kids back to Arizona.I only allowed this because she said she would send them to me in January, yet never did.I have emails to prove hitting&leaving agreement. Also of her saying I cant skype the kids unless I sends money, though I have been biweekly.I want custody but dont have the funds right now. Where can I start?

We signed a year lease, Feb.2015. There was a note on our door, may 4th,2015 saying we haven't signed yet. We called the Apt. Mngr. and he looked it up on the computer and saw that we did sign a lease but the year was wrong on the lease. Instead of 2015-16 it said 2014-15 but it has our signatures and the right date of signing 2-28-15. Nobody caught that when we signed in Feb.He said to come in and resign. When we went yesterday to resign he said the rent also increased even though we were quoted the price in the lease in Feb. This seems unfair and wrong/illegal?Help appreciated. Thanks, Tom

My ex and I were never married. We have a two-year old son. He has court ordered visits twice a week. He is currently homeless. he cannot be trusted with the child and the child has come home from visits unfed and with a dirty diaper and dirty clothes. When we take him to visit, they're usually at his mother's house- but she moved out of state. Now he refuses to tell me where the visits will be. I'm wondering, with him being homeless, can I break the court ordered visits? We have court again the second week of September.

I live in an HOA that has a file within my account called "owner file". This file contains personal information related to my history in the community such as violation notices, aplications for changes, etc. I would like to know which area, if any, of state law covers the maintenance of this file which seems to be an invasion of privacy.
