  • I just got myself an appartment l for the first time in about 6 years and my 21 year old son who has a lot of problems in his life,well he became homeless AGAIN the day before [ got the keys to my new place. So I let him come stay with me with a verbal agreement between both of us with the understanding that he would follow my rules, not disrespect me, find a job immediately so he could save money and get out and into his own place. Well us been half a month and he isn't doing ant of those things i asked and i want him out. What do I have to do to get him to leave cause he won't? Please help..
  • Our heater works but does not provide airflow to the bottom story of our apartment.Twice, we asked the apartment manager directly to make repairs but repairs were never made. On Monday, we sent written notice of intent to terminate lease per ARS 33-1361(A). The apartment manager told me on Monday that someone would be over Tuesday to take a look at our unit but, again, they never showed up. Do I have grounds to terminate on Saturday if nothing is done? The term "reasonable heat" seems arbitrary and I want to make sure I have legitimate grounds for terminating my lease.
  • I live in a apartment complex. I have been here for about 5 years. I had moved to a bigger unit about 4 years ago . recently moved to another bigger unit in April. So it was brought to my attention that on the last unit I moved from carpet had to be replaced so I owe $430... and now they are stating that I also owe from the previous unit I had moved from 3 years ago. I hadn't of heard about this balance before. Can they do this? what can I do about it?
  • My father has cancer and I had submited an FMLA with my employer. They had approved the FMLA. I was required to submit my hours of FMLA used to HR. I have no problem submitting the hours of FMLA used but my problem is when other employees who are on FMLA is not submitting the hours weekly and was not being tracked like I am, shouldnt that fall under Discrimination under FMLA? I think that most of the HR personnel are only there to help the employer but not the employees.Dept labor should enforce that the HR employees should come from a 3rd party that will ensure everyone is treated fairly.
  • I have left my house and my mom reported me as missing, and I have a daughter. I don't want to live at my moms house anymore. I am living with my baby's uncle cousin of her father and his wife, they are very good financially. What can I do in so the police can stop looking for me. I am not missing.

She has made up allegation of misappropriation without proof, and without due process is stealing the company from me. The idea of the company is entirely mine, all the work was done and/or organized by me, and all supplies and furnishing we procured by me... with a week left before opening, she has locked me out, emptied the bank accounts, and is letting my family starve while she tries to finish without me. What do I do?
  • My 25yr old daughter was with a guy she now has two kids with. He's had her arrested and put a order of protection on her for him and their daughter. She is going thru family court to get back her parenting rights. While this was going on she was pregnant with their 2nd child except he didn't know, now he knows and is requesting.a paternity test. Can he take this new baby away from her? How can she protect her new baby from him? I'm afraid he will take Jim from her and it will break her heart. She's a good mom & he's a good liar.
