  • How do I know if my marriage is a covenant marriage?
  • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?

  • I purchased a farm using two different private loans(no banks). One loan was on a promissory note. Animals were used as the collateral on the note. Having defaulted on the note, I have turned over all the animals to the party owed. Is there an Arizona law or case that establishes the turnover of collateral as discharge of the note?   • I've been renting an apartment for % years I always questioned there late fees they use to charge 50.00 then five dallars a day after. this year they raised my rent by 30.00 and they raised the late fee by 25.00 and 10.00 a day after now the late fees are 75.00 after the 3rd and 10.00 a day after. I pay 715.00 a month for a one bed room apt. I just want to know if this late fee is legal. That over 10% of my rent in late fees. I work full time and get paid every two weeks unfortunately I have to pay late fees due to this I feel like the management is taking avantage of the tenants is this legal
