I am from Texas and had 2 children which reside in Texas with my ex. I want to know how can i get visitstion rights, where to file, and if I can get them during school breaks. The reason I ask is because i went back to Texas to visit them and my ex didn't let me see them and she won't even answer my phone calls.

I plead guilty and paid a fine for a class 2 watercraft incident. The Magistrate has granted the set aside entailing "that defendant be released from all penalties and disabilities pursuant to A.R.S. 13-907". Do I need to disclose my misdemeanor for graduate school applications and even future employers even though it has been set aside for judgement?

My children are 15 and 9. I would like to take us on a trip to Europe. When looking at the passport papers it says I need the "other" parent to sign off on Form DS-3053, consent for a minor child to get a passport. My children's father hasn't had ANY contact with them in the past 9+ years. Is there a way around this? Can I file something with Arizona court? Doesn't the length of time count as abandonment by him? Thank you.

My husband of 27 years moved to AZ "to find himself" well, he also found some "younger playmates" so to speak. We are till married, I am living in IL. He has been in Mesa now for over 4 years. I really don't know what my rights are to property he acquired (house he bought out there, $$ he acquired, etc) but can you direct me to some counseling, someone I can talk to for about 1/2 hr to see what I should do now. Its getting old!! Thank you.

I did a plea bargain 9 years ago on a DUI. The court put out a warrant on me, they said I did not complete 36 hours of alcohol treatment. My attorney, does not keep records over 5 years. Can the city court bring up this after 9 years and say it was a pending case?
