QUESTIONS

  • I am willing to give up my parental rights to my ex wives husband to adopt my child. What steps do my child's step father and I need to take to make this happen?
  • A few months ago I sold a car that I personally owned, a 2003 Mercedes for $6,000. It was our family car, sold to a private buyer. I own a internet based business where I locate classic cars. This individual that purchased our Mercedes said that his wife did not like the car and he wanted his money back. When I refused he threatened to sue me. Today I received a "Truth Affidavit" in the mail from his personal attorney making a number of false claims and naming my business as a "shell company" in the matter. My business was never relevant in the matter. How should I proceed with this?
  • My boyfriend and I moved here to arizona with them, as grandma bought a mobile home with an Arizona room on some land, when she bought the house we all still lived in Iowa. I had a everything already set up there, but they "invited" us to come with them. They found out on Thursday that I was excepted for a job, and now on Friday it's all of a sudden illegal to live in an Arizona room "according to Arizona law". Is how she put it. My question is how true is this, and why wouldn't she know about this when they bought the house? I feel like I was jeopardized into coming out here.
  • is it legal for my boss to deduct my pay due to mistakes made by his employees on jobs we recently have been doing, and has he broke the law and which law?
  • My son is 4 and his father (starting another family) has chosen not to be involved in his sons life anymore. If I am okay with it, is he able to sign over his rights to his son?
  • My husband and I own our house and let my brother stay with us after he lost his place to live a few months ago. He does not pay rent or any bills. He drinks and gets verbally aggressive/abusive and we want him out. We have 6 kids of our own we dont want him around anymore. He has been getting mail at our house now. No lease or written agreement was ever made. I thought he'd be out by now. He says we cant throw him out. If he has no lease and we own the home, why cant we throw him out?
  • I have a child support agreement from the Maricopa County. My ex wife and son lives in Tucson, AZ I have recently moved to Tucson to be closer to my child. How do I start a child support modification in Tucson when the agreement was settled in Maricopa County?
  • What if a landlord, (who after some research is not licensed or associated with management company, for which he claims) continues to ignore our pleas to fix the hazardous wiring, and flooring that is not disabled friendly? Also what if there are conflicting reports on a black mold inspection? We were told yes we do and the landlord refuses to clean the ducts because his report says no. I have been hospitalized 6 times, and when I have pneumonia, it gets worse each time, which caused me to have a O2 level go as low at 83 this last one. A high risk for retaliation, A fear of house safety.
  • if you're given a 40 day notice do you still have to pay rent because owner is selling the house
  • When my dad gets remarried will she be my stepmother even if iam a adult of 21 yares old or is this just a term
