  • (Repost with additional info) October 2014 Started working for eligible employer June 2015 First child will be born May I apply for the 12 week FMLA leave in October 2015(one year anniversary with employer) to care for my child until June 2016 if employer allows intermittent leave? Note:1250 hours of service will be completed by June 2015 birth of child
  • My landlord entered the property thorough a window and began to move my things out because I failed to pay rent. Without my consent he took a house key while he was inside the property and used it to re-gain access while i was at work. He Showed up to my work ordering me to leave work and move my stuff out, endless phone calls at all hours to my 13 yr old sons phone and so on. On 8/16 I came home to find a 5 day notice dated 8/15 taped to the front door, today I received a copy via cert mail. Do the 5 days begin when the notice was taped to my door or today when received the cert mail?
  • My fuance is in jail facing prison time he has a son whom he left in my care in his home on the reservation his aunt filed for custody of my stepson and won citing that i was not a tribal member and therefore did not qualify as a suitable gaurdian.   • so i have been renting a mobile home for almost 3 years now my landlord had are septic pumped last year. and septic guy told him we need a new leach line and new tank. tree roots cracked it and roots growing in leach line and tank and not up to code. so he never fixed it and retired in oct. he said he would bring by new landlord so we can meet him and he would fix everything well we have never met him do not no how to get ahold of him. and septic was full again so i used rent to pay for it cant use heater i need help have 2 kids one is 4 other is year can my landlord get away with this??

In the process, I was angry and cut two clothes which I gave him as gift in the past.The original price of those two items are 200 dollar in total, but it was worn for more than 2 years. Before I damage those two clothes, I have obtained consent from my boyfriend of returning those two clothes to me . However, I was still arrested and charged with criminal damage. If my boyfriend has agreed to return the clothes to me, is that still his property? I mentioned this to the police officer but he said he still need to arrest me.
  • I've rented a home that has 3 bedrooms, when inspecting the house the a.c. was not on so I was not aware that one of the bedrooms has little airflow. A.c. guy said ductwork need to be done. This a 6month old child's room. Landlord said it's too expensive to do the duct work. What are my rights about this? Can I be refunded my last 2 months rent because the do not want to do the duct work?
