  • Can I change my daughters middle and last name without her father’s permission he hasn’t seen her in 10 months I have sole custody.
  • This question is for information for my son. My son and his ex-girlfriend have a daughter who is two years old. In the beginning they shared custody of her my son would get her once a week and every weekend. Now She wants to change that and say that he could never see her until she decides to file for court papers. My son loves his daughter cares for her pays for everything for her would basically die for her(his daughter) The mother is keeping my son from seeing his daughter. The question is can she continue to do this? Please help anyway I’m begging you

  • I have a month to month lease agreement. This is a room rental in my home that I reside in as well. The lease agreement was basic. The issue is he got involved in drugs. In less then one months time he lost the house keys and both times told me I needed to change the locks. This past time he was arrested and ended up in jail. He voluntarily went into a sober home. I did not offer to give him a replacement key nor denied him access. Just timing and events. He did ask after therapy if he could like with me again. I told him no.   • I recently moved into condo. I recieved notice from the HOA stating that my dog is over 30 lbs (which is apparently not allowed). However, both the realtor and landlord approved of me having my dog which is specified in our lease agreement. Can I be asked to leave?
  • My babies grandfather asked to keep baby Thursday night so we could get rest. This morning I called to check on her she said she was okay and that his younger son and girl friend were gonna watch baby. I went to the hospital cause my stitches tore to my c-section. Got released called to check on baby and ask them to bring her to me. grandfather said she is not there saying she is in tucson then mexico and that I abandoned her for 48 hrs. They won't tell me where my baby is. Do I call the cops? I thought they were trying to help not take my baby.
  • My brother owns a construction company and hired a homeless man. He told the homeless man he could temporarily stay in a trailer that had no electricity or water, but a roof over his head. This trailer is on my property and the homeless man has since been fired by my brother and I gave him an eviction notice and he has not made any attempt to move out. He built a shed on my property without permission using stolen material from my brothers construction company. How do I get him off my property? There was no written lease only a verbal agreement. I don't know what to do?

I have very little information regarding the Trust or the financial distributions. How can I get copies of those documents? He has since sold the house that our mother left to both of us but I have seen no money from that sale. He still refuses to give me any information. What can I do?
