  • can they charge me for the a/cthat they put on top of the house if it is there responsabilty as the landlord to provide a/c and heating

  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.

  • I moved out of a house that i had rented for over a year. by the landlord that he wished i could stay but understood. I was to know about a new position before the end of May. When it got close i called him and he stated it was ok for me to stay and i could pay half a month at a time. I have returned all keys and sent certified letter as deposit had not been returned. I have heard nothing from him. What is my next step to get the deposit back.
  • I want to contest a parking ticket that I received in Prescott. The ticket is written to show I was issued this ticket after 10 minutes between marking and issuing in a 2 hour zone.   • Hello, I signed an employment contract stating I would give a 30 day notice or agree to forfeit any unpaid compensation. In this case it would be 2 weeks plus 14 hours. Since I resigned I have been antagonized to the point where I left after only 15 days post resignation notification. Are the employers permitted to withhold my salary under these circumstances?
  • When entering my apartment, does the landlord/mgr have to specify a date when they will enter or can they just say they will be in the week of, and come in anytime that week or month? I have a service dog and do not want anyone entering without my presence, but I cannot always be home 24/7 as they dont specify a date, which makes no sense to me as they could just say they are coming in sometime in 2018?? Please advise asap as they have not even given me a notice much less date and expect to come in within 3 days.
