  • I am buying an RV but they put rent to own on contract and say they are not liable for 2 broken air conditioning units leaks in the flooring/plumbing broken electrical recepticals electric doesn't work properly. Are they responsible
  • I missed my initial hearing for unemployment last june due to a misunderstanding on the directions i have since filed for appeals as i keep getting denied. i am on my last one it seems i am trying to prove good cause for missing my first hearing. i was advised by the az gov office to seek legal advice. I feel i had good cause i understood i had a phone hearing and i was not going to be present so i did not need to call in advance as directd onpage one. the directions are misleading. what can i do to prove good cause? i did not know that good cause was te case until after my 1st appeal thanyou
  • The water inadvertently did not get disconnected on the day my lease ended so my landlord waited six days to put into their name and emptied/filled the swimming pool to the tune of $300. They will not respond to my emails. Do I have any recourse?

I do not have central air and cant afford to install it. Being without AC in AZ is like not having heat in NYC. Can they really force me to remove my 2 AC units even though it gets to 120 degrees?

  • Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have 2 siblings and a step sibling who are sole beneficiaries of a trust. My step dad passed almost a year ago. We have heard nothing about the status of the trust. All of his personal property has been sold and presumably those funds have been added to the trust. None of us are contesting the distribution of funds. How long should it generally take for us to hear when we may receive our inheritance and how can I follow up on the courts progress?
