My girlfriend of 23 years who has two boys from a previous age 33 & 26 and & our kids for years I worked and gave her my checks and she payed the bills,over the years we accomplished a lot, two homes& a 1bedroom apartment, recently I came home from work one day and she had moved out, leaving me with all bills and house payments.also she hadn't payed anything for 5 months,she had also signed the title to my car putting it in her name, can I press charges ?

My employer has us keep receipts (tickets with the food orders written on them) she is threatening to take $100 for every ticket that gets lost. More than 3 different employees handle these tickets along side the cashier daily. Is this legal for her to take $100 from the cashier if a ticket gets lost?

I have a 4 year old, the father has been in prison for 4 yrs. His name isn't on the birth certificate, paternity has been established. went to court for child support. judge verdict; im financially responsible untill dads released.father was released dec 2012.we tried to work it out.I was the sole provider for him and my son financially.Father became physically abuse(towards me) had black outs, son was almost hit with a rock the last incident. no report filed , we moved states. dad is in prison till aug 27 2013(unrelated), what is best solution? full custody and restraining order??

I live in a condo complex. One of the other owners has been storing property in a storage bin which is not her own. She appropriated it when it went into foreclosure. The current owner wants that storage bin. What can we do? The lock is still on and the woman (a lawyer, by the way) refuses to remove it.
