Where would I look for assistance when the local HOA does not enforce the CC&Rs, and permit other homeowners to be placed in a hazardous envioronment?

I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. Went to a used car dealer and found a car I wanted. Made a $3000 down payment. A week later dealer calls me and ask if could come in a sign some paperwork get there and he tells me that the bank didn't approve financing. He says its because my work history wasnt accurate and that this broke the contract I signed. They refund my down payment and want to force me to spend it with them.What can I do?

I am renting (with 3 months left on my lease) but am in the process of purchasing a home. I have requested to vacate the rental property early but will pay all remaining rent. Question: can the landlord legally require me to maintain the rental property (thru the lease date) even after I’ve paid all rent and vacated the property?

My situation is I live in Minnesota and my ex lives in Arizona. Minnesota ruled to keep jurisdiction there for all support and custody issues. My ex opened a child support case in Arizona, and now because of this my taxes were taken. Is this legal?? I have the MN court order but can Arizona take over??
