My ex has sole custody of my 17 year old daughter. In November 2010, my daughter spent 2 weeks in residential treatment for cutting. When my daughter was discharged from treatment, it was recommended she participate in more treatment, my ex is not following thru with this. My daughter sounds they way she did whenshe was cutting, I am worried w/o treatment she will hurt herself. Can I file for emergency custody? Called CPS but they are not sure if they will bebable to respond timely. Can I file the one where my ex is not served? Not sure if the situation meets the criteria for that?

I have just been contacted by "my" sons mother, he is 13 and there is no paternity proof yet, can she make me pay back support? I am in the starts of paternity testing and said I agreed to go to mediation, she doesn't want to go to court. But I don't trust it not all being at least tracked through the courts.

Is there a "lemon law" for refridgerators. We have a fridge less than 4 years old, the compressor went out and GE fixed it without charge. Then a month and a half later the freezer stopped working. It was repaired, then broke again one month later. Repair men have been out to the house multiple times and can't fix it. Yesterday a beehive found its way into the eves over my front door, making it impossible to go in or exit from the front door. My wife (sadly the owner’s daughter. He refused to do anything that day and said he will need to get estimates, forgoing the risk this put o my wife. We found a company that came out the same day. We waiting several hours for him to comply but her refused. Are we liable for this fee

His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right
