I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. My mom recently took her car in for brake change..she even supplied the breaks..left her name and phone number and said she would be back at 4pm to pick it up..she goes back to pick it up and the bill is $590..they did all her rotars too.which she is not disputing she might of needed them..but noone from the comoany called her and asked her if she wanted this extra work done..and now she is stuck with this $590 bill she wasnt expecting..jus went in for brakes

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

How can i get my case number without having go down the DES Office?

I am divorced and my ex left AZ after. My children are with me but he still has partial custody. He has not contacted or seen the children in 3+yrs. No card, call or anything. My current husband would like to legally become their father. I have no idea where my ex is or how to even contact him. I have an agency searching for him for non payment of child support and they cannot even find him! Could you tell me how to dissolve his rights as father so that my current husband can make them his kids since that is who they call dad. I also want his rights taken away because if anything were to happen to me I don't want him to be able to come in and take them because they wouldn't know him or feel safe with him because of past events.

I had to leave a rental property because of an order of protection. The problem is that I had already paid in full the hole lease in advance. The law states that he is supposed to refund my money in case of a domestic violence issue. I have not received any money from him or the return of my security deposit either and he is refusing to pay me. What do I do to get my money he owes me back?
