QUESTIONS

  • House financed in mobile park with lot rent. Shortly after moving into my mobile home park, they let my neighbor get a dog. This dog violates half of the park rules pertaining to pets. It's over the 16" and probably 40lb. limit, They leave it outside, unattended, it barks for hours at a time both when the neighbors are home, and when they are not. The neighbors, pretend not to understand English when I try to talk to them. I have complained about the dog hundreds of times to park management, they have done nothing about the dog. What are my options?
  • My boyfriend bought a manufactured home 2 years ago and moved myself and my 3 children in with him. We have a roomate contract that has expired 12 months ago.   • I purchased a farm using two different private loans(no banks). One loan was on a promissory note. Animals were used as the collateral on the note. Having defaulted on the note, I have turned over all the animals to the party owed. Is there an Arizona law or case that establishes the turnover of collateral as discharge of the note?   • My boyfriend has lived at our current home for ovet6 years and I moved in July 2013.. the owner also resides at residence. We have a lease that was done last yr thru the end f this year . We unfortunately were left in the dark about the owners financial problems and his home went into bank foreclose, auction and sold approximately a WK ago. We found this out when two men, new owners, approach us last WK in front of the house handing out friend... Now firmer owner..5day eviction notice with his name on it.   • If I sign my rights over will I have to still pay child support?
  • If a parent is in the military and their legal state of residence is Arizona, and so was the spouses and children at time of filing, wouldn't that give Arizona jurisdiction for child custody? Even if neither person had lived in Arizona for the past 11 yrs? Parent filing at the time was stationed overseas, but has since moved back to the states. The other parent (who has the children) resides in Kentucky, but at the time was not a legal resident of Kentucky.
