  • I was influenced to redo a Secondary motor vehicle finance transaction. A rep from the office called and urged me to go in, cash out on my loan, and do another one. I told them I no longer own the vehicle and they said it's okay and come in anyways. I am now being sued for defaulting on the loan but I was wondering if I could fight it? The contract was signed under false pretenses.

The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?
  • My mother passed away, she had health problems including altered mine status and my brother sold my mothers cows and kept the money. The family had a meeting soon after the sale and asked him to put the money in an account to help with her medical and care expenses. Again after her death, he was asked to put the money into the account so it can be probated properly to all her heirs and he has not do so.
